Part-time or Full-time working options

Key objectives of the role:
• Financial Accounting: production of monthly group financials including profit & loss
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Production of suite of monthly management reports
• Prepare relevant tax return including GST, BAS, and work with the external accountant for lodgement;
• Invoice maintenance and processing
• Follow up credits and apply to the relevant invoice
• Respond to unpaid invoice enquiries
• Preparation of weekly cashflow reports
• Continuous review and development of department processes to improve efficiencies, enhance value of outputs, and reduce operational risk

Your Background
• Accounting or Finance related degree (CPA or CA qualified/ or near completion)
• Minimum of two years of experience in Public Practice (Ideally)
• Strong English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of MYOB and Xero
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Excellent organisational skills - time and task management
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
