As an Enterprise Service Delivery Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries regarding products, services, processes and general enquiries relative to the nature of our business. More specifically your duties will include:
Receiving and managing customer calls and emails in an efficient and timely manner, meeting measured KPI’s focusing on quality of service
Providing product support and troubleshooting, across both company owned software and products, as well as mobile network, services and handsets.
Maintaining and upholding a high standard of data records in internal systems to ensure all requests are accurately logged, updated and completed accordingly.
Actioning orders and service requests, within the customer's specified SLA, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Represent the voice and face of our company, as we collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on day to day basis.
Liaise with vendors and third parties to request timely updates, troubleshooting support, and escalation of requests.
Comply with all confidentiality and privacy policies.
The role is focused primarily on servicing customers with a fleet of mobile services, so experience in the telecommunication industry will be an advantage.
