KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Researching, creating and writing original content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials, advertisements, and promoted tweets for a variety of media including social (The Red, Weibo, WeChat, Facebook, etc), video, online, and print;
• Paying obsessive attention to narrative consistency, voice and tone, as well as accuracy, regulation, copyright, and legality of content;
• Communicating with clients to understand the target audience and product/service characteristics to determine advertising approach and principal selling features;
• Collaborating with a team of Account Managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of the final product, and ensuring all writing and approval processes are in accordance with editorial policies and guidelines;
• Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor qualification or above in communications, journalism, marketing or writing.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Strong copywriting, proofreading, and translating experience.
• Proficiency in many social media platforms.
• Fluency in creative and productive tools, including Typesetting Tools (Xiumi, 135, Chuangkit, etc.), Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Fluent in media production, communication, and dissemination.
• Knowledge of managing social media strategies.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles.
ESSENTIAL CAPACITIES
• Be fluent in English and Mandarin
• Have a willingness to adapt to change, be future-minded and think creatively (conditions apply).
• Ability to be detail-oriented, time management, to have a good sense of observation and logic, multitask, and communicate with various parties.
