Your Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Bookkeeping
· Bank Reconciliations
· Preparation of payments run
· Assist the team with ongoing projects and admin support
· Financial document management including filing, data entry
· Management of supplier and customer invoicing
· Sourcing & Researching materials if required
· Other duties as required consistent with the scope of the role.

The ideal candidate will have:
· Accounting Background
· Mandarin speaker highly preferred
· Professional communication skills, both in verbal and written.
· High level of attention to detail.
