订单处理采购专员文员

We Are Hiring Order support /Purchasing officer
由于公司业务扩展，现招聘 订单处理/采购专员

What You Will Do（工作内容）:
• Coordinate and managing production orders
（协调处理和管理货物订单）
• Ensure sales order/invoice queries are dealt with on a timely basis
（确保货物订单及时处理和跟进）
• Monitor delivery times and keep track of orders to ensure they are on time
（跟踪供应商到货时间，确保及时跟进货物订单信息，库存管理，保证货物准确准时到达顾客手中 ）
• Liaise with suppliers& freight forwarders
（与供应商和物流快递公司的联系协调）
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers and renegotiate prices on a regular basis
（与供应商保持良好关系，定期询价和进行价格谈判）

Who We Need（工作要求）:
• No previous accounts/order experience required - attitude is more important!
（无订单处理和采购经验要求，更重要的是工作态度）
• Strong Work ethic, an enthusiastic, passionate and can-do attitude
（强烈的职业道德心，工作积极热情，踏实肯干）
• Accuracy and attention to detail
（做事认真准确率高，注重细节）
• Team player & high level of commitment
（团队协作者，对工作投入负责）
• Prioritization skills and time management
（有较强的时间管理能力）
• Major in accounting, finance, data analysis and marketing will be an advantage but not a must
（会计，财务，数据分析，市场专业者优先）

Hours of Work（工作时间）:
• This is a full-time position that requires usual hours of 9:00am-5:30pm/8:30am-5:00pm Monday – Friday.
（全职: 周一到周五9:00am-5:30pm或8:30am-5:00pm）

Location (地点)：
Smithfield , 有直达Bus至Parramatta 15分钟车程。
(15 minutes Bus ride from Parramatta)
