About the role
This a full time (Monday to Friday) position to be based at our Eastwood office.

As a Support Coordinator, your role will:
● Supporting clients or participant to work towards achieving their goals.
● Prepare the onboarding documents.
● Developing strong trust based relationships with participants and working directly and effectively with the participants to coordinate, implement and maximise identified care plan goals.
● Negotiating services and prices as part of any quotable supports in consultation with the participants.
● Delivering clear accurate and timely record keeping.
● Liaise with clients/families to ensure consistent and requested services are being delivered.
● Scheduling services for clients by rostering care workers dependent on their qualifications and availability.
● Approving support staff shifts and managing rosters.
● Communicating rosters and roster changes to relevant staff.
About you
● Be reliable, having a caring and compassionate personality.
● Chinese – Mandarin Speaking is essential, with good command of spoken and written English.
● Demonstrated relevant disability care experience, minimum 1 - 2 years.
● Exceptional customer service & Time management skills with attention to detail
● Strong administrative and computer skills.
● Tertiary qualification and/or experience in relevant field.
Employment with MeToU Care is subject to satisfactory background checks which includes a National Police Check, Reference Checks and COVID vaccinations.
