1. Have customer service experience and know how to communicate with different customers.
2. Calm and capable of handling unexpected situations with customers.
3. Proficient in using computer related software, Word, Excel, sending and receiving e-mails
4. Fluent in English listening, speaking
5. Work positively, seriously, carefully and patiently
6. Be punctual and trustworthy, not late or leave early, and do not take leave for no reason.
