Full Job Description
At Mo's we are an exclusive Vodafone Partner and operate over 50 Vodafone stores across Australia.
We are searching for an experienced store manager who not only loves building relationships with customers but also selling the latest tech gadgets on the market.
About YOU:
You are an experienced retail people leader who is confident setting goals and targets with a team and managing their success on a regular basis
You deliver exceptional customer service and can mentor your team to deliver the same
You understand and have the ability to not only drive but achieve sales targets and KPIS
You will be self-motivated with a passion for exceptional customer service and willing to have fun along the way
Telco experience preferred but not essential
Be flexible and able to work during retail hours (38 hours a week 5 out of 7 days)
Cantonese / Mandarin speaking preferred
