We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our suite of investment products and services.For qualified candidates, RG 146 Certificate is required and Mandarin is preferred .

Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Develop and implement effective strategies to target potential HNW and Retail clients and secure new business relationships.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their investment needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor, providing timely and accurate information, and offering exceptional customer service.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals by effectively presenting and promoting our investment products and services to prospective clients. Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and drive business growth.
4. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes related to investment management. Analyse market data, identify emerging opportunities, and provide feedback to the management team for product development and business expansion.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers, research analysts, and marketing professionals, to develop comprehensive sales strategies and deliver integrated solutions to clients. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and cross-functional cooperation.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management. Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track sales activities, maintain accurate client records, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
· Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the financial services industry. Minimum 1 years’ experience.
· An established network of HNW and retail clients
· Strong understanding of investment products, asset classes, and financial markets.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
· Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Exceptional negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
· Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
