About US
Sydney Freezers is the #1 in Food Service, providing and distributing an extensive range of products to businesses throughout Greater Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle, and Canberra. Our extensive product range provides customers with a one-call solution to all their food service needs.
We specialize in small goods, fresh meat, fresh poultry, frozen seafood, dry and frozen goods, packaging, and chemicals. We also provide our own brand of oil, flour, and fries.
Our goal is to provide our customers with exceptional service by providing top-quality products, a reliable and fast delivery service along with competitive pricing.
We have a fleet of 60 and growing, delivering 6 days per week, we offer our customers late cut-off for next-day delivery and customer are able to order via our online app, or email or customers can contact our customer service team directly Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm.
It takes a great team of people to service our customers and provide them with the variety of products they require.
We are proud supporters of Australian farmers and products and have established strong partnerships with our key suppliers and manufacturers.

About the role
· Providing outstanding support to customers by phone and email.
· Placing customer orders, updating customer accounts, answering questions, and resolving issues raised by customers.
· Complete invoice and credit invoice filing in a timely and accurate manner
· Proactively resolve customer issues and escalate to the Operations Manager where necessary
· Provide administration support for customer account set up, quotes, customer pantry matrix set up, and online account access as required
· Provide picking slips to dispatch office
· Laise with other departments with regards to customer account enquires or credit issues
· Ensure Made to Order products (MTO) are given to the Purchasing Clerk to be ordered and the Stock Controller is advised of the MTO items

Day shift$28.34/ hour to $32.69/hour
Afternoon shift $31.74/hour to $36.61/hour + super + overtime.
· Sunday penalty rate
· Rate review if good performance

About You
· Excellent attention to detail
· Proficient Microsoft Office computer skills
· Experience with data entry with 95 – 98% accuracy is a must
· Flexibility of working with afternoon shift
· Flexibility of working on Sunday (minimum once a month)
· The successful candidate is required to be available from 12:30 PM to 2 AM (Mon-Fri) and from 3:30 PM to 1 AM on Sunday, with each shift lasting 7.5 hours.
· Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role with a high volume of calls (desirable)
· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
· Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage timeframes and deadlines
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Proficient Microsoft Office computer skills
· A demonstrated a can-do attitude
· Excellent customer service skills that reflect a professional but friendly approach to liaising effectively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures.
· Ability to work well in a busy environment and multitask several duties at once while remaining calm under pressure.
