Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, windows servers, and virtualizations.
•Management and provisioning of the cloud instances and continues monitoring.
•Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
•Zabbix monitoring management.
•Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
•Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates.
•New accounts set-up, active directory and O365 administration.
•Providing technical support L1 and L2 when requested.
•Updates and configurations of servers
•Configuration of switches and routers
•Rollout of new servers
•Management of security events
•Creating new policies for endpoints and servers
•Maintain VOIP Systems
•Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
•Adhere to standard operating procedures for daily/weekly recurring tasks
 
The Ideal Candidate:
•High level of presentation and communication skills.
•Experience using/servicing FX/CFD trading platforms (desirable)
•Ability to think analytically
•Ability to troubleshoot day-to-day issues
•Willingness to work flexible hours
•Bilingual (English & Chinese)
