Position: Admission and Student Service Officer

Note: Induction and on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Admission and Enrollment:
- Issue offer letters and assist in students' admission processes.
- Conduct and assist in orientation and enrollment.
- Perform data entry and update student profiles and details in RTO Manager.

Student Support:
- Coordinate with staff/trainers to ensure efficient management of student inquiries and meet deadlines.
- Provide professional student services.
- Assist in the academic department as required.

Other:
- Undertake tasks assigned by the PEO as required.

Selection Criteria:

- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
- Motivated and hardworking, able to work under occasional pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and team-work skills.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Previous experience working in an Education Agent, College, or Coaching School is preferred.

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Admission and Student Service Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to student admissions, and student support services.

One of your key responsibilities will be to issue offer letters and assist in the admission process for students. You will also conduct orientation and enrollment activities to ensure a smooth transition for new students. Additionally, you will be responsible for data entry and updating student profiles in our RTO Manager system.

An important aspect of this role is providing excellent student support. You will liaise with staff and trainers to ensure efficient management of student inquiries, as well as meet any deadlines. You will also be responsible for providing professional student services, assisting in the academic department when required.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent English and Chinese communication skills. You should also be highly motivated and hardworking, with the ability to work under occasional pressure. Strong interpersonal and team-work skills are essential, as is computer literacy.

Previous experience working in an Education Agent, College, or Coaching School is preferred but not required.
