Full-Time Bookkeeper/Accountant：

1. 负责公司会计相关的行政工作， 填写表格，保险，申请账号， etc；
2. 配合以及协调各个门店的会计相关的辅助工作， 包括Monthly Stock Take, Monitoring Membership Card Activities, Review Petty Cash Records等；
3. Liaising with third parties upon request, able to follow up/solve upcoming issues and requests;
4. Complete Weekly Store Daily Sales Reporting, including Cash and EFT reconciliation, review and verify sales data plus documentation management, and general accounts receivable support.
5. Assist in the reparation of Monthly P&L Statements and ensure their accuracy.

相关要求：
1. 中文/英文读写必须具备专业的能力，能够流利的进行沟通，无障碍的进行电话交流；
2. 对细节和准确性有高度的关注，细微敏捷，对工作有一定的热情和进取心；
3. 熟悉Microsoft 365/Teams, Xero System;
4. 必须有一年以上Commercial Accountant or Accounting Firm经验, and Australian Working Experience Only.
