We specialise in the supply and installation of wall / ceiling linings, suspended ceilings, tile ceilings, metal / timber framed bulkheads, metal / timber framed partition walls, Hebel power panels, Timber Future Panel and various types of cornices. 1.Analysing guidelines and document specification to each construction project.
2.Reviewing contract tenders and calculating BOQ according to site drawings.
3.Estimating at preliminary and final stages of design & construct projects and tenders
4.Monitoring and negotiating supplier prices.
5.Liaising with builders and suppliers whilst building relationships to understand & interpret changes in design
6.Product research to ensure understanding of current market values across all aspects of the project stages.
7.Keep track of construction progress to ensure that completed work is within budget.
8.Mandarin speaking is a must.
