About the Role:
As Accounts Assistant at globally successful Elliatt, you will play a pivotal role in all areas of
Administration.
This role involves coordinating with our Chinese employees and will require the ability to communicate
both verbally and written in English and Mandarin.
Essential functions:
• Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including email, phone, and live
chat
• Administrative tasks, including emails, organization, order processing, data entry
• Supporting all departments with Administration requirements
• Updating databases with accurate client information and sales figures
• Supporting with general invoicing and basic accounts work
• Working closely with all departments - learning all of the back-end administration processes for
the office.
• Assisting with collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain strong relationships.
• Assist in implementing efficient production workflows and optimize processes for increased
productivity.
• Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner for efficient and immediate dispatch to
Retailers once production arrives at HO
• Liaising with our US teams to ensure timely dispatch of production and on time delivery of
orders for our Key Major Retailers
• Maintain company tracking systems, documents and processes.
• Manage the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation
processing credit card and bank cheque payments
• Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accurate and timely reporting to Management
providing regular reports
• Manage company sales database to ensure accuracy in figures at all times
• Importing of all sales orders Globally during range sales
The ideal candidate will have:
• Must have experience in Administration
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for Administration including Excel and MYOB
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality work
• Multilingual skills are a required with strong fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to multi task and work well under strict deadlines and fast paced environment
• Results driven with a problem solving mindset
