Job Title: Front Desk Admin

We are currently seeking a dynamic and multilingual Front Desk Administrator to join our team at our day centre in Riverwood. As a leading provider of NDIS and aged care services, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. The Front Desk Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service across both our NDIS and aged care divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Managing and maintaining appointment schedules and calendars.
Assisting with the coordination of rosters and schedules for staff across both NDIS and aged care services.
Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
Maintaining office supplies and inventory.
Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite proficiently to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Handling any ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential.
Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience with rostering systems or scheduling software is a plus.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
