Your duties will includ:
* Marketing tasks Social media marketing;
* Handling prospective buyer enquiries and management 
* Pre-settlement inspections;
* Assisting with open homes and inspections;
* Database management;
* Assisting with home appraisals;
* Collection of data through cold calling, door knocking, letterbox dropping
* Letterbox drops
* Daily lead generation
* Door knocking
 
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong communication skills;
* A focused, driven and motivated personality;
* High level personal presentation;
* Can use a direct approach to selling but will also appreciate the more subtle aspects of sales negotiation;
* Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
* Possess exceptional follow up;
 
You must possess (or be in the process of getting) a current certificate of registration as well as a well presented motor vehicle and current drivers license.
Knowledge of and residing in the north shore would also be an advantage.
