Junior Sales Consultant

Position: Junior Sales Consultant

Location: Lane Cove NSW 2066

Job Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit customer sites to understand their needs, provide solutions, and establish good relationships.
- Recommend applicable products, services, and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Conduct sales activities to achieve sales targets.
- Provide high-quality customer service, handling customer complaints and issues.
- Regularly update sales reports and customer information.
- Effectively manage customer relationships, promptly resolve issues and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of projects.

Job Requirements:
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have more than one year of experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
- Electrical Engineer background preferred but not essential
- Be proactive and ambitious.
- Be willing to undergo training and continually improve skills.
- Be prepared and able to undertake domestic/international business travel as needed to meet customer and business requirements.
- Must have own car

Salary & Benefits:
- Annual salary of AUD 55,000 to 65,000 + Super, specific salary will depend on experience and skills.
- Monthly bonus, quarterly bonus, and annual bonus.
- Car and lunch allowance.
