This role will involve you in the key aspects of our vibrant residential and commercial construction business. Reporting to the Director, your role focus will be to supervising contract administrators, making sure the project is delivered smoothly.
Your new role
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Overlook all projects’ administration work by supervising contract administrators
• Review drawings, reports, approval requirements
• Effective management of quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage purchase order, sub-contracts and variations
• Liaise with site manager to schedule on-time material ordering, delivering, and consultant inspections
• Liaise and assist site with progress and quality control
• Co-ordination of building approvals and relevant paperwork, including but not limited to CDC, CC, OC.
• Keep comprehensive Actions & Minutes on the progress and plans during monthly client meetings
• Prepare defect list and follow up on defects status
Skills and Experience:
• Experience in Project Management of Class I and Class II projects
• Familiar with construction process, drawings, and standards
• Experience in coordinate with authorities, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
• Good management skills
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
• Solid ability in MS Office applications
