SKINCARE R&D PRODUCT



DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER





Our company require R&D and scientific background developing new formula technologies for skincare and treatment.



at least 5 years experience in consumer products or beauty R&D



Strong technical expertise in skincare technology



Main Areas of Responsibility:

R&D Leader for new Skincare products from ideation through tech transfer



Translates concepts, claims and consumer benefits into a technical brief for technology and formulation development.



Go-to person in R&D for new products and the primary R&D partner to Program Management.



Integrates the various aspects of R&D into a cohesive, transparent program, including technology and formulation development, Regulatory, claims support, etc.



While primarily focused on new products, this position will also play an advisory role for marketed skincare products to Quality Assurance, Tech Service and Supply Chain.







Qualifications:

BA/BS in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or appropriate health/medical-related degree required



At least 5 years experience in consumer products or beauty R&D/Development



Strong technical expertise in Skin and skincare technology



Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills



Strong written and oral communication skills



Strong business acumen and skills



Education:

BA/BS in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or appropriate health/medical-related degree required
