Customer Services/Admin Assistant
Control Devices is a multinational company dealing with China, South-East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. We currently have a full-time position open for a Customer Service/Admin Assistant to work with a small group of happy but highly motivated people. Located in Alexandria and only a short walk from Mascot train station, our primary business is industrial, defence and aerospace electronics so we need an individual with an excellent eye for detail.
The job is for someone that enjoys being the "front line" of customer service and can deal with all levels of customer enquiries. Your duties will include:
• Handling customer enquiries and directing to technical support
• Preparation of quotations and sales opportunities in SAP Business One and MYOB
• Processing customer purchase orders, raising delivery notes and invoices
• Assisting the Operations Manager with other ad hoc tasks.
Reporting to our Sales Manager, the position is ideally suited to someone that possesses the following knowledge and skills:
• Impeccable telephone manner
• Be able to speak, read and write English fluently
• Strong team player – able to work within a small group of people
• Experience with SAP Business One and MYOB is desirable but full training will given to the successful applicant
• MS Office skills (mainly Word and Excel)
• Very strong attention to detail
Remuneration and hours are negotiable – we offer flexible working hours after the successful applicant has completed their 3 month probation period.
