Exercise Physiologist

EastWest Physiotherapy is a holistic private practice located in Hunters Hill, Sydney. At EastWest we incorporate traditional healing techniques of the East with modern scientific evidence to achieve optimal health for our clients.



A fantastic opportunity exists for an Exercise Physiologist to join our clinic part time.



The available role will focus on the implementation of individualised postural education classes. The classes are 100% private patients with a maximum of 4 patients per class.



The concept of this program is to continue the whole body rehabilitation of our patients from treatment through to active self-management increasing their education and biomechanical awareness along the way.



A sound knowledge of musculoskeletal biomechanics, anatomy, physiology and exercise prescription are vital requirements for this role. However a deeper understanding of pathology and an interest/ understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Myofascial Meridians and Neural Dynamics would be ideal. Experience for this role is preferred however exceptions will be made for the right applicant and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
