Rich Sea International Pty Ltd is a very young but fast growing developer located in a prime location in Sydney CBD. The business is established by two young and experienced entrepreneurs in the real estate industry in 2009.



Situating next to their established firm Option Group of Companies/Australian Mortgage Brokers, which is an integrated business platform involving mortgage finance, property project marketing and sales, property management, Rich Sea International is growing healthily fast. It has recently acquired a large development site from a key performing Australian developer. Due to its creasing volume of receivables and payables duties, Rich Sea International is in need of an Account Clerk to join now.



Based out of their boutique Sydney CBD office on Barthurst Street, you will be facilitating all account and finance related duties, such as property settlement, running costs and daily accounts payables. You are directly reporting to the Managing Director and will be working closely with the external accountant.



To qualify as a candidate, you must be able to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 2-3 years accountancy experience

• A high level of attention to details and numerical accuracy

• A logical learning and thinking work pattern

• A “can do” attitude

• Time punctual and can work independently

• Tertiary educated, preferably in accounting and/or business majors

• Preferred to have previous experience of working in real estate industry

• Proficiency in business English, Cantonese and Mandarin.



We are looking for someone who is confident, well-organised and mature-minded to take on position. As our targeted client group consists of largely Chinese speakers, Cantonese and Mandarin therefore are essential.
