H&T REALTY Pty Ltd is a recent leading real estate agency in the Sydney market which has gained extremely high reputation among the customers and the developers. Due to the growth of our company we are seeking the skills and experience of a Business Development Manager to join our team.



Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new business opportunities

• Sign up new projects - Grow the number and quality of properties

• Maintain and develop relationships with developers



To be considered for this role you will have:

• At least four years’ experience in real estate industry

• An up-to-date knowledge of the real estate industry

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

• A valid driver’s licence

• Current Certificate of Registration



Salary Package:



• Negotiable - Base Salary + Super + Commission + Bonus + Allowances
