Reporting directly to the Company Director you will be involved in all aspects of a project, so you need to be familiar with the development application and construction certificate process and securing those. Ideally you will have worked for a builder developer and have the motivation and ambition to grow with the company.

A successful candidate will be proficient in:

Consultant Management for Development and Construction

Cost Effective Design Management

Program Management for Construction

Council/Town planning experience

Desirable experience includes:

A construction, design or project management background
