The Role

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced highly talented IP Lawyer. You will enjoy exposure to a wide range of work including:

1. IP, copyright and trademark litigation;


2. Patent litigation;


3. Managing a trade mark portfolio;


4. Obtaining urgent interlocutory relief for breach of confidential information;


5. Enforcement and Prosecution of trademarks and patents;


6. Advising on branding, regulatory and commercial IP issues;


7. General commercial work.

In this role you will be given high levels of client responsibility and autonomy. You will also enjoy marketing and partaking in the further growth of the practice. There is a clear and transparent path to partnership.
